3/31/2007 01:54:00 PM Well folks, this is my final week here. Lots of things I want to do this week. So far the things i have planned are:

• Sunday, 1st April 2007.
• Watch the VICCB perform for the final time at night.
  

• Monday, 2nd April 2007.
• Go to VI and meet up with Syed while getting my certs done and requesting the teacher to write a recommendation letter for my college entry application.
  

• Friday, 6th April 2007.
• Meet up with Vince, Ade, Kat, Hui Wen and Phi at night for the final time.
  

The other stuff that I need/want to do are:

1. Meet up with my cousins, Melissa, Jocelyn and Eleanor.
2. Have a farewell party (if possible)
3. Celebrate my birthday (Earlier of course, my birthday is on the 10th of April)
4. Send my cards to the people that I've written to.
5. Meet up with as many friends as possible. Namely my SKTS friends and fellow Victorians.
   

So guys, if you want to meet up, please contact me first. As I still have a few more things to do at home. Really wanna meet all of u guys before I leave. Call me ok?

Oh.. My internet connection will be cut off on Monday so today will probably be the last day I'll be posting something in a while. In that case, I would like to thank all my friends here for everything that you've done for me, for all the good times and memories. And I'm really really sorry if I've caused any of you to be hurt (emotionally of course. I don't go beating people up). Its been a real pleasure knowing you guys and seriously. I can never imagine what my life would be like if I had stayed in new york and didn't move to malaysia in the first place. So, once again thank you so much. And all of you, take care of yourselves ok? Good luck to all of ya!

3/29/2007 01:12:00 PM With only 8 days remaining till I leave. I'm finding the need to hang out with my friends even more. Today however, was already reserved for Bi Lin.

Well I'd like to apologize to her for being late... My dad didn't let me out till I helped him to finish packing the last box. Which took about an hour so yea... I was an hour late... I finally picked her up and then went over to Leisure Mall for our brunch at Dragon-I. Well she had her erm... moments while we were eating. kinda cute though haha... I'm not going to mention what she did here though.

After our *heavy* brunch, we left and drove through the rain (well actually I droved. She sat next to me trying to stay awake i guess) to Times Square. I wasn't so lucky as to find a parking on B1 today. So I went down to B3. We bought our tickets to watch Mr. Bean's Holiday then set off to Sg. Wang to get her Gachapons. Okay I don't pretend to know why the Japanese like these. All in all, I hate Sg. Wang. Especially the way the escalators are placed and the lala people who go there.

Bi Lin bought an ice cream on the way out of Sg Wang. On the way to Times Square, I got attacked once more....

by the irritating people asking for donations.

We just got attacked by one on the way to Sg Wang and this time another one attacked us while we were on the way back to TS. I tell you, I have a feeling they're all targeting me. I always get attacked by these people. Even Bi Lin hasn't been attacked by them before today.

We stopped by the Digi Centre for awhile. She wanted to activate her GPRS while I wanted to inquire about the International Roaming feature. I met Fareez there while waiting. Seems he was going to go get his hair cut. After that, we both shared a Rum Raisin and Peppermint Chocolate Chip ice cream from Baskin Robins before heading over to the cinema for our movie.

The movie was kinda funny. I'm not going to give any spoilers bt my favourite part was the O Mio Babbino Caro part. Hahahaha!!!!! I laughed till there were tears in my eyes.

We left after that. It was raining again. Apparently, Bi Lin gets sleepy when it rains. Plus the fact that she slept at 4 in the morning the night before. She dozed off in the car when we nearned Leisure Mall. Dropped her off at the Kenny Rodgers entrance there and said goodbye.

All in all, I had a wonderful time. Thanks a lot Bi Lin!

P.S. I don't actually hate pigs. =P

3/28/2007 01:26:00 PM 9 days left for me to be in Malaysia... luckily for me, my dad still hasn't canceled the phone line. But then, TM already called this morning and told us to pay the bill. =P. Its all happening very fast. It was like just yesterday I was at Kat's uncle's hse having the bbq sleepover thing. And now? I have only 9 days left before I leave. Well for the past few days we were still emptying the house and packing our stuff. But the shipping company should get our boxes on Friday evening.

So what have I been doing during the past few days? Well since I'm too busy at home with the packing and the cleaning and the throwing out stuff. I've only been able to go out at night. Most of the time with Su Yeng, Seto and once with Rachel (She's been lazy to come out of her hse). Last... Friday if I'm not mistaken... Or was it a Saturday. Oh yea, it was a Saturday. I went over to Times Square with Wing Hong and Ju Hung. Something amazing happened there! I actually got a carpark on B1 near the escalator!!! hahaha! Normally I have to go down to at least B3 of B4 to get a carpark. And it was a Saturday as well!

At night, I've been writing letters to some of my friends. So far I've received 2 letters and a gift that came with each of them plus one more gift from Merie. The letters and the other gifts were from Pei Wern and Su Yeng. Unfortunately I won't be able to sms or call Merie at all cause there's no DiGi line at her camp.

CONTENT printed on the cover. Vincent told me to buy it for him and mail it over to his camp in Speaking of NS, Vincent and Weng Kit are in the same block while Wilson was placed in a different one. Lucky them. I gave them a call on Saturday night. They are now both bald (haha i can't wait to see their pics). They were both bored out of their skulls. I told them about the Battle Club manga I found on that day at Borders with PARENTAL ADVISORY, EXPLICT CONTENT printed on the cover. Vince told me to buy it and send it all the way to Sibu. Apparently they were that bored. But I think their camp looks nice. The way they described it to me. They were in a resort with ponds that had fountains, neatly trimmed bushes and synthetic jogging tracks all around the area. It was so big that just walking around the place was enough exercise. Well I'll try to get it for them before I leave. Haha... Vince is desperate to get back. While on the phone with him, he asked me to help him to find out the when is the next intake for HELP, Taylors and since both of them only had July intakes, asked me to search for TAR and they had a May intake. Which is what he was looking for and called his dad afterwards to register for him.

Anyways, tomorrow I'm going out with a friend of mine. A cute friend of mine. Going over to Dragon-I at LM for lunch before heading out to TS for a movie (she apparently doesn't like the cinema at LM) So till next time, au reviour.

3/22/2007 12:00:00 PM 15 Days Left!!

And thats also the amount of days I'll have to spend here without any internet access at home. NOOOOO!!! I NEED INTERNET ACCESS!!! Packing's about done already. My room is still in a mess. Haven't gotten round to throw everything away.

I just went out with Seto and Rachel at Old Town a few hours ago. Its been awhile since I last saw either of them. The last that I saw Rachel before today was during Pei Wern's Christmas party and Seto... well if you don't count the run in at the pasar malam the night before then its when I had my reunion bbq party back in November 2005.

We caught up a bit. Rachel and I both miss our high school life (well maybe not the classes). However, Seto didn't miss it. Probably because of the school I guess. Well we talked about the good old days at SKTS, our high school life, NS, driving and so on.

Sigh now I just have over 2 weeks left remaining!!!! 2 weeks = 14 days = 336 hours = 20160 minutes = 1209600 seconds left!!!!!

Well I've already said countless of times in my previous entries on how much I'll be missing everyone here and the good times we had. Well, mostly from SKTS onwards. I don't remember much from Sri Garden.

Huuu.... Now that the packing is about done, PEOPLE!! Please call me out!!! I wanna spend more time with ya before I go!!!

Cause I'm leaving on a jet plane, don't know when I'll be back again...

Ok... 16 Days left till I leave. I must say, time is passing by very fast. Anyway. I have to get everything that I want to get shipped over to New York packed by the end of the day because tomorrow my dad will be calling the shipping company to pick up our stuff.

Its been the same every day now. Pack and pack and pack and pack. I just hope that I won't need to go to Cameron Highlands on Saturday. But I want my car on that day!!! Hopefully I'll be able to catch up with May Ying, Tiffany, Rachel and Bi Lin.

3/18/2007 08:16:00 AM Ok packing... tiring... everyday pack. Pack until I forgot that today was a Sunday. I thought of going over to Cineleisure today to see Suzanne at the cheerleading competition. Unfortunately... I forgot.

Today was also the first race of the 2007 F1 Grand Prix season. Kimi Raikonnen stepped into Michael's shoes and won the Australian Grand Prix. However, he didn't seem as happy as every other person who has won a race.




3/17/2007 07:07:00 AM Thats the amount of days I have left till I leave the country. Right now I'm actually taking a lil break from packing up. My house is really in a mess now.

Last night I went to Green Box for a karaoke session with a few friends. Weng Kit, Ju Hung, Hui Wen, Li Sim and Kathryn. Vincent took a rain check at the last moment to go watch a movie at LM while Phi finally said she had no transport. When I'm already at Green Box. If she had told me earlier she would have gotten a ride.

Packing's really tiring. And dusty to say the least. I've already packed most of my clothes, my books, my photos, all of them are downstairs already. Erm... what else... Oh yea... My dad's planning to cut off the phone line soon along with my internet connection. Once that's gone, It'll be quite awhile until anyone sees me online again.

Ok, time to get back to packing.

3/12/2007 10:42:00 AM Ok, after arriving in school, I hanged out with a few of my old school chums by the side of the hall. There was this cat I noticed who wasn't like afraid of us humans. Whether someone purposely stomped its foot near it or nudged it away, it still didn't go away. Heck it climbed onto a chair next to my brother in the hall and slept on it.

Anyways, the results finally came. Wilson was the first in line for our class and he shouted "OMIGOSH!!" so loudly that everyone rushed over. Same thing goes for Vern-Ming shouting, "STRAIGHT As MAN!!!! WOOOOO!!!". I wasn't given my results with the reason that there was a mix up in the registry saying that I didn't pay my school fees and that the receipt book had like 2 copies of "Lim Wai Yip" So obviously, Pn Jayaselvi must have accidentally written Wilson's name instead of mine cause I'm damn sure I payed my fees!

Still, they weren't going to give me my results until I looked for Datin Hamidah. Finally I received mine, As expected, they weren't really great.

3/10/2007 11:41:00 AM Okie dokie, Its been a while since I last posted something... Lets just see... The first batch of NS trainees are coming back tomorrow and the 2nd batch will be going off at the end of the week. Which will mean, this will be the last week I'll be able to see them before I leave for New York.

I've been cleaning out the house the past few days, lots of stuff to throw or give away. Books, Legos, Toys, lots of them. All of these stuff was brought back from New York when I migrated here in 1995. Some of the books, well most of them actually, are children's storybooks. I saw one of my old bedtime storybooks at Kinokuniya, the price really shocked me. It was around RM70+. For a single bedtime story book with a total amout of words in the whole story being less than a hundred. And it was mostly just pictures.

SPM RESULTS ARE ON MONDAY!!!! About, 34 hours left!!! NOOO!!!!!

Let me begin this post with saying that Weng Kit, Ju Hung, Khalidi, Vincent and I are deeply disappointed at the Victorians of today (excluding the form 6s). And thats putting it politely. Personally, I'm really pissed off at the Treacher students. 1, for not paying their hse fees and 2, for doing poorly in everything. I however, would like to thank the form 6 students who helped out with the house deco and to Aqram, who declined to be the captain of Treacher house but tried so hard to keep things in check when things were crumbling down around him. To the teachers who offered whatever help they could to us exes and of course, to my friends who helped Treacher out in their time of need even though most of you guys weren't from Treacher to begin with. Vincent, Weng Kit, Khalidi and Ju Hung. Thanks a lot guys.

Lacking funds and manpower, we failed to achieve any victory whatsoever with Treacher ending up in the last position. Despite the bad news, I do have to say that I had a tiring yet happy day. My first in a few days.

It could be that I met up with a friend of mine that I haven't seen since last year's sports day and even then we didn't spend a lot of time with each other. It has been a blessing knowing Li Sim. My only regret is that we live quite far apart and its going to be even further. At the moment she's on the other end of KL. Soon I'll be half the planet away. I drove to her place at Taman Tun Dr Ismail from VI to pick her up. As some of my friends know by now, I don't mind picking them up. Esspecially since that I want to spend as much time as possible with them now that my time is running out here. I just realised that I only have one picture with Li Sim. And thats during the 2005 choir competition in VI. And it isn't a very clear picture as well. Note to self : Meet up with Li Sim soon and be sure to take a few pictures together.

VI definately is deteriorating. No doubt about it. Even the teachers are aware of that. Our traditions are being broken, the prefects are losing power and so on. Esspecially with this batch of Form 5s. Yes there are a few good people among this batch but still, the batch of 2006 and the teachers of VI do believe that this is the worst batch of form 5s in a while. And the form 4s are bad as well. I just hope that someone, anyone, will butt in and hopefully try to make things right again.

At night, I went over to Merissa's hse for her CNY bbq open house in Sg Long. There was about 12 of us there, 13 if you include Katrin. It was nice, being able to meet up with the ex SKTS students again... We bbq-ed, Ate, drank, watched a lil football, played a lil playstation and of course, chatted about stuff.

After picking up Vincent again and sending him, Su Yeng, Lai and Louis back, I arrived home and opened the door, just in time to hear the clock strike 12 midnight. Exhausted, I went up and showered, dropped an offline message from Li Sim on MSN that I won't be able to chat with her tonight in case she came online, then slumped onto my bed and went immediately to sleep. Which is also what I'm going to do once I finish this post.

I won't be going out during the next few days unfortunately. I have to start packing my stuff to migrate. But once I have the opportunity, I'll be out there on the road in my old, gas-guzzling, yet nice-to-drive Waja around -that is... as long as my dad doesn't sell it off by then.

P.S. Vincent's going for NS. His dad saw the application and registration fee and told him that he's going for NS instead. Pity him. He'll be away from Adeleine for 6 months. And more importantly, he'll be away when I leave.

After that, I was moody.

Today, not everything went as planned. And then I received news regarding the posts in my Cbox.

Now I'm even more moody. And stressed as well.
